This sulfur content testing apparatus is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM D1551 “Determination of Sulfur Content in Petroleum Products” (Tube Furnace Method). It is suitable for the determination of lubricating oil, heavy petroleum products, crude oil, petroleum coke, paraffin wax and sulfur additives, sulfur content in petroleum products, etc.
Main Feature:
1. Consists of a horizontal tube electric furnace system, a digital display temperature control system, a motor drive control system, an air purification flow adjustment system, etc.
2. The operation of the servo motor is automatically controlled by the single-chip microcomputer, and has the functions of manual fast forward, fast rewind, measurement, and stop.
3. Two parallel-installed quartz tubes with ground straight pipes can be tested on two samples at the same time, and two results can be made in parallel at one time.
4. Single-chip microcomputer program control, compact in shape, reasonable in design, and convenient to use.
