Instrument introduction:
The fully automatic micro-pour point, cloud point, and freezing point tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with standards ASTM D6749, ASTM D7683, and ASTM D8615. It is suitable for the determination of pour point, cloud point, and freezing point of petroleum products and aviation kerosene under these standards.
The fully automatic micro-dip point, cloud point, and freezing point tester is a fully automated instrument controlled by a PLC. Its operation is extremely simple. Users simply need to load the oil sample to be tested into a glass test cup, turn on the power switch, and press a button to start the test. The system will automatically carry out the test according to the user-selected test procedure. The instrument also features a self-checking function, which is executed first every time the test is initiated.
This instrument features a fully English-language interface. The turbidity and freezing points are detected using coaxial fiber optics, while the pour point is measured using the pneumatic method, ensuring higher accuracy. Upon completion of the measurement, the system will emit an audible alert, lock the display, and automatically save the measurement results.
