KR-A+ octane tester

The new generation gasoline octane number tester adopts a new appearance design, with “One-Key” used to perform the test automatically and with the maximum knock liquid level searched automatically and accurately without manual operation. The instrument host uses a standard CFR single-cylinder four-stroke engine with a continuous variable compression ratio, to perform the test accurately and eectively by the combination of the industrial control computer, Windows operating system, high-precision measurement and control elements and enrich peripheraldevices, having the auto display, saving and printing test report functions. The product is designed, manufactured and tested according to the

the Motor Method, Research Method and Test Method.
– With automatic compensation atmosphere pressure module, to ensure the
accuracy of test data.
◆ Accurate control system
– With the accurate compression ratio method test, the built-in work curve for
convenient and accurate test results.
– With the integrated control module, to monitor all working conditions of the
instrument in real time, with abnormity alarm function.
– With high-precision fuel negative pressure pipe (Vertical), fuel quantitative
pipe (Lateral) and air-fuel atomization pipe, to guarantee accurate control of
the oil intake amount of carburetor for stability of test data.
– The fuel negative pressure pipe and fourth oil cup carburetor has the refriger
ation function, to guarantee the light component oil test.
– With high-power dual-cycle air constant-temperature dryer, to eectively
support the air intake of the large-bore engine.
– The machine is integrated with a control intake ice tower and external
circulating cooling water, to feedback the working status in real time.
– A laser displacement sensor is provided, without delay for adjustment, having
the limit safety protection function.
– With two-grade oil ltration and cooling function, the instrument can work
normally for a long time; with the oil emulsication detection function and
with an alarm issued to alert the user to replace oil automatically.
