Model: KR-AS300
This micro-coulometric sulfur content and chlorine analyzer uses micro-coulometric analysis technology and computer-controlled micro-coulometric titration. It is easy to operate, stable, and easy to install. It is used for the analysis of trace sulfur and chlorine content in petrochemical products. Petroleum, chemical, scientific research and other departments.
KR-AS300 type micro-coulometric sulfur content tester uses Windows XP operating system as its working platform, and its friendly user interface makes it easy for analysts to operate. In the process of system analysis, operating conditions, analysis parameters and analysis results are directly displayed on the display.
The KR-AS300 micro-coulomb sulfur and chlorine content test equipment is based on the micro-coulomb principle. The entire analysis process is controlled by a computer, and the sample is loaded by an automatic sampler. The instrument has a high degree of automation. The host uses a 7-inch LCD touch screen to operate the sample introduction, stirring speed and timing shutdown functions, which greatly facilitates the operation of the laboratory technician.
KR-AS300 Standard: ASTM D3120/ASTM D3246; ASTM D5808-03/ASTM D5808-09a /ASTM D5194-06.
This instrument is also applicable to the following standards:
GB/T 11061.4-2010 “Determination of Total Sulfur in Natural Gas by Oxidative Micro-coulometric Method);
GB/T 6324.4-1986 “Determination of Trace Sulfur in Organic Liquid Products by Micro-coulometric Method”;

Features
1. The host adopts LCD touch screen, which can be operated by one button for stirring and sending samples.
2. The whole testing process is controlled by a microcomputer.
3. One machine with dual purposes, can be used to determine the trace sulfur and chlorine content by replacing the electrolytic cell and the cracking tube.
4. Easy to install, the cracking method is air cooling, and the fan automatically starts and stops.
5. Using adaptive PID control algorithm, automatically adjust and control the temperature rise according to standard requirements.
6. One-key setting of automatic delayed shutdown solves the shortcomings of waiting for cooling off after the traditional micro-coulomb test.
