This brittle point tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB / T 4510-2006 asphalt brittleness point determination method and T0613-1993 asphalt brittleness point test (frass method) in the industrial standard JTG e20-2011 test code for asphalt and asphalt mixture of highway engineering, and is suitable for GB / T 4510 and T0613-1993 0613 standard, determine the frass brittle point of asphalt materials.
Main technical features
1. The instrument consists of a brittleness point tester and a low-temperature water bath. The brittle point tester is the main body of the brittle point test, and the low-temperature circulating bath is used to cool the refrigeration device of the brittle point tester.
2. The freezing chamber provides a cooling environment with a cooling rate of 1 ℃ per minute.
3. The electric bending mechanism can automatically load the sample and make the sample bend once every minute.
4. Microcomputer control, automatic cooling rate control, automatic bending sample timing, color LCD display experimental data, built-in printer output results.
