The KR-N6 nitrogen in coal analyzer is developed by our company in accordance with GB/T 19227-2008. It has the advantages of intelligent setting of the constant temperature zone of the hydrolysis furnace, fast analysis speed, simple operation steps, and accurate measurement results. This nitrogen content testing equipment is widely used in coal, electric power, metallurgy, environmental protection, commodity inspection, teaching and other fields to determine the nitrogen content in coal and coke, graphite and graphitized petroleum coke.

Nitrogen is an important element in coal. Nitrogen oxides produced by its combustion cause serious air pollution and are easy to form acid rain, which acidifies the soil. At the same time, nitrite is an important carcinogen. In the power industry, the determination of nitrogen content in coal can be used to calculate the combustion heat of coal, the theoretical combustion temperature, the composition of combustion products and the heat balance.

The integrated fast automatic hydrogen measuring instrument complies with the national standard GB/T476-2008. It is mainly used to determine the content of hydrocarbon elements in coal and other solid materials. The test process adopts the integrated control of the single-chip microcomputer, and the test data is corrected and processed by the single-chip microcomputer. The number of milligrams or percentages of hydrogen in the measured substance is digitally displayed, and the final result is output by the printer. The instrument measures quickly, the results are accurate, the operation is simple, and the degree of automation is high. The number of milligrams of hydrogen in the measured substance is displayed digitally, and the dry basis content of hydrogen is automatically printed out.

The appearance design is novel, the operation is convenient, the use space is reduced, and the maintenance is more convenient. The instrument can also determine the carbon content in coal and other solid materials.
