High frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer accurately determines the content of carbon and sulfur elements in steel, iron, new energy, alloys, non- ferrous metals, black metals, rare earth metals, coal, cement, ore, glass, and other materials.

Features:
Adopting low noise and high sensitivity pyroelectric infrared sensors, testing selected carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide filters, providing precision assurance for the analysis of high and low carbon materials. Combined with programmed heating, it effectively reduces the impact of instrument comprehensive background interference on the analysis results.

Shielding devices have been added to the signal source and power cord, and anti-electromagnetic wave leakage devices have been installed in the infrared analysis host, high-frequency oscillation system, and high-voltage part respectively.

Advanced and reasonable gas circuit design, selection of digital pressure control system and high-precision control for stable analysis of flow rate, making the stability performance of analysis data more excellent.

The automatic reverse blowing ash discharge system and automatic cleaning furnace head system can effectively reduce the impact of dust on carbon and sulfur element analysis.

Add an efficient physical dehydration device in the traditional analysis gas circuit to improve the analysis effect of
crystallization on sulfur during combustion of special samples.
The infrared analysis cell adopts high-precision isothermal electronic heat balance technology, effectively improving the repeatability and reproducibility of sample analysis data.
The unique full range linear calibration technology, combined with weight linear compensation, pressure, flow rate,
temperature compensation, ensures the analysis accuracy of unknown samples from low to high content within the full range.

The optimized design adopts air-cooled ceramic power tubes to improve the heat dissipation effect of the power tubes, the stability of high-frequency induction heating, and the consistency of sample melting.
