Model: KR-ET80

The gas evolution tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in GB/T11142-89 Insulating oil-Determination of gassing under electric stress and ionization and NB/SH/T0810-2010 Insulating oil-Determination of gassing under electric stress and ionization. It is widely used in petrochemical, electric power, railway, scientific research and other departments, and is an indispensable equipment for oil analysis and quality inspection.
Principle
After the insulating oil is dried and saturated with hydrogen, the insulating liquid and the hydrogen layer on the liquid surface are subjected to the action of radial electric field under the conditions of voltage of 10 kV, frequency of 50 Hz, oil temperature of 80 ℃ and test time of 120 min, and the oil and hydrogen interface tend to absorb or release gas due to discharge reaction.
