The bitumen wax content test machine is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the industry standard SH / T 0425-2003 “petroleum asphalt wax content determination method” and JTG e20-2011 “highway engineering asphalt and asphalt mixture test specification” T0615-2011 “asphalt wax content test (distillation method)”. It is suitable for the determination of wax content in petroleum asphalt, the wax content of petroleum asphalt produced by vacuum residue of natural crude oil, and the wax content of road petroleum asphalt. It is an ideal testing instrument for asphalt wax content in petrochemical, construction, highway construction and other industries.
Main Features
1. The wax content analyzer uses distillation cooling method to determine the wax content of the sample. The instrument is divided into two parts: the upper part contains stirring motor, temperature sensor, gas distributor, sample container hook rack, etc., and the lower part is cooling and filtering.
2. The specially designed air distributor and sample utensils hook rack of the instrument fully consider the professionalism of the instrument, which makes the instrument more reasonable and convenient to use.
3. The thermostatic bathtub of the instrument adopts large diameter glass cylinder, which has good heat preservation performance, and the observation window is not fogged, so the observation is convenient.
4. The temperature controller of the instrument adopts digital temperature controller with high precision, clear temperature display and convenient setting of temperature control point. It has high temperature control precision, rapid cooling and simple operation.
5. The instrument is a floor type structure, which can be used for the analysis and test of three samples at the same time, and the test efficiency is high.
