The fully automatic kinematic viscosity tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements specified in GB/T265 Petroleum products – Determination of kinematic viscosity and calculation of dynamic viscosity and ASTM D445. The instrument measures the kinematic viscosity of transparent and opaque liquids including crude oil, light and heavy fuel oil, lubricating oil, additives and waste oil. It is used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, commodity inspection, scientific research and other sectors.

Principle

The instrument loads the sample into the ubbelohde viscometer, the instrument heats the constant temperature bath to the set temperature and maintains it constant according to the parameter settings. When the temperature reaches equilibrium, the instrument automatically starts the test, carries out a series of samples extraction, and automatically detects the sample fall back time, then automatically calculates the test results after the test is completed, and automatically cleans the viscosity tube, and the test is over.

Adopting the combination of imported temperature controller and imported temperature sensor for temperature control, and the temperature control accuracy is high.
16 groups of preset parameters are available for selection, and the preset parameters can be modified to meet the requirements of measuring special liquids.
Equipped with an overflow port to prevent excessive oil from overflowing into the machine.
Equipped with oil discharge port which is twisted to drain the oil, easy to replace the bath oil.
Dual CPU microcomputer control with automatic fault diagnosis program.
Additional refrigeration equipment can be added according to the user’s needs.
